When will my order be delivered?

Our staff at Colombo warehouse work hard to dispatch your goods within 24 hours, but it could take a bit longer during promotions. The delivery dates and charges will depend on your shipping address and order date. We will send you an e-mail and text message when your order dispatch from our warehouse.

We deliver to all addresses in Sri Lanka.

A full postal address is required including postcode and city clearly filled at checkout.

Since last-mile deliveries are handled by third party courier partners, we closely work with them to ensure that your orders gets delivered within the expected time. However, there can be cases of unpredictable delays in some orders which might be beyond our control and we would expect your patients in such cases if any,

We don’t operate on Sundays and statutory holidays.

Pay Online, Deposit Cash or Cash on delivery and make us deliver: 

Islandwide Delivery 350 LKR

 * Exchange: 

You have 7 days from the delivered date to request for an exchange for the online purchased style/s.

Style must be in an original conditions, tags intact.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/sale items.

You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors to place a new order for a new style.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by customers should be done before the purchased/ordered items are dispatched from Foxglove.
